ArboristPass is operated by Contenza K/S, Holmgade 8, 6430 Nordborg, Denmark (CVR 43349023). By buying or using ArboristPass you agree to these terms.

What you buy

A personal, non-transferable license to use the course for 12 months from the date of purchase. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added only where we are required to collect it, and is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Your account

You sign in with a secure link sent to your email address. The course is for your own use: please don't share your login, videos, questions or study sheets. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used to copy content.

Content

All lessons, videos, questions, flashcards and study sheets are © ArboristPass, except the photographs, which are used under the licenses credited on each page and in the videos. You may print study sheets for your own use. We may improve or add to lessons over time.

Independence and exam results

ArboristPass is an independent exam-prep course. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). ISA Certified Arborist is a registered trademark of ISA. Our mock exams follow ISA's published format but are not the real exam, and we can't guarantee that you will pass it.

Working safely

The course explains standards and good practice for study. It is not a substitute for training, supervision or the standards themselves. Always follow ANSI Z133, your employer's procedures and the law where you work.

Cancellation and refunds

Every purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
