If ArboristPass isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, as long as you have completed no more than 5 lessons and have not started a mock exam. Ask through the help form after logging in. Your access ends when the refund is made.

Customers in the UK and EU

Because the course is digital content, at checkout we ask you to agree that access starts immediately. Your statutory right to cancel then ends once you start the course, but the money-back guarantee above still applies.

If something is wrong

If a lesson or mock exam doesn't work or isn't as described, tell us through the help form and we will fix it. If we can't, we will give you a refund.

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, within 14 days of our agreeing the refund.
